For architects, interior designers and builders
Custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for your projects.
Restaurants and bars, galleries, offices and homes. We turn your design set into shop drawings and 3D renderings, resolve the construction details, then build and install the cabinetry, millwork and furniture. We work directly with designers and architects, or under your general contractor.

Questions architects and designers ask us
Do you work from an architect's or designer's drawings?
Yes. Send the design set, specs and finish schedule; we turn it into shop drawings and 3D renderings for your approval and build to them. Design-only packages are available if you need the drawings and not the build.
What do you need to price a millwork package?
A design-development set can be enough for an initial budgetary range; construction documents let us price the work in more detail. Fabrication and installation are shown separately, and we confirm the scope and site conditions before preparing the proposal.
Is there a minimum project size?
Commercial projects typically start at $10,000, and we consider selected smaller scopes. Custom furniture commissions start at $5,000.
What is your lead time?
It varies a lot from project to project. Once you approve the estimate, we set the schedule with you in the contract, working back from your install window.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California Contractors State License #1140398: B General Building and C-6 Cabinet, Millwork and Finish Carpentry. General liability insured; certificates on request.
Where do you install?
Our shop is in Los Angeles, and we install across greater Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City, Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank.
Have a project on the boards?
Send the drawings, scope and finish information you have. Commercial projects typically start at $10,000, and we consider selected smaller scopes.
