Architectural millwork, resolved down to the last reveal.
Paneling, wainscot, trim packages, feature walls and reception desks for homes and commercial spaces, built to the design intent and installed so they read as part of the architecture.
How we approach it
Architectural millwork is where a drawing set meets a real building. We take the design intent, from wall sections to the finish schedule, and resolve it in shop drawings: reveals, joints, panel layouts and how each piece attaches to the structure. You approve the drawings before we cut.
In the shop we build in solid hardwood and veneer, laying panels out for grain and keeping sequence where the design calls for it. On site we scribe to plaster and stone, work around out-of-level floors and trim out, so the finished work looks like it was always there.
Priced from drawings
Send drawings, specs and the finish schedule for a budgetary number, broken out by fabrication and installation. Commercial projects typically start at $10,000, and we consider selected smaller scopes.

All projectsQuestions we get about architectural millwork
What do you need to price architectural millwork?
Drawings, specs and a finish schedule. Construction documents give the tightest number; a design-development set is enough for a budgetary range.
Do you provide shop drawings?
Yes. Every fabrication project includes shop drawings and 3D renderings made in-house. They are also available as a standalone package, with the fee credited toward the build if we make the work.
Do you work as a subcontractor to general contractors?
Yes. We hold a California B General Building and C-6 Cabinet, Millwork and Finish Carpentry license and carry general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
More for the trade: Custom cabinetry and built-ins · Restaurant and bar millwork · Exhibition and art fabrication
Have something in mind?
A sketch, a sentence or a full design set is enough to start. Tell us about it and we'll take it from there.
