Pricing, lead times, delivery and how a project runs. Custom furniture commissions start at $5,000. Commercial projects typically start at $10,000, and we consider selected smaller scopes.

    Walnut, white oak and live-edge slabs; solid stock or veneer
  • Construction
    Joinery, drawers, doors and hidden cable routing
  • Finish
    Oil, water-based finishes, paint or shou sugi ban
  • Complexity
    Curves, custom joinery and pieces we haven't built before
  • Hardware
    Premium hinges, slides and pulls are priced as an option
  • Site conditions
    For built-ins: out-of-level floors, scribing, upstairs access

How a project runs

  1. 01Inquiry
    Send a sketch, photos or drawings.
  2. 02Budgetary estimate
    Once we have enough information to price the work, we send a budgetary range within 2 business days.
  3. 03Proposal and contract
    Scope, price and schedule, set out in writing.
  4. 04Drawings
    Drawings and renderings for your approval.
  5. 05Fabrication
    Built and finished in our Los Angeles shop.
  6. 06Delivery
    Delivered and set in place; built-ins installed and trimmed out.

A budgetary range first. The proposal and contract set out the scope, price and schedule.
Payment
Set out in your contract, once you approve the estimate.
Delivery
Furniture is delivered and set in place in Los Angeles. Built-ins and millwork are installed by our team.
